Letter of Intent Filed for Fenway Theater
Fenway Sports Group has filed a letter of intent with the BPDA for the proposed development dubbed “The Fenway Theater.”
Fenway Sports Group, in partnership with Live Nation, is exploring plans for a 5,000 person capacity entertainment venue at the corner of Landsdowne and Ipswich Street. The Fenway Theater would sit on the parcel of land adjacent to Fenway Park, behind the bleachers. The new space could offer a variety of uses and hopes to create an epicenter for the performing arts community.
