Lidi announces lease at Upton Place
Lidi announced on Sunday that it will lease 29,000 sq. ft. in the Upton Place development in Washington, D.C, the Washington, D.C Economic Partnership announced Sunday that discount grocer Lidl will open a 29,000 square-foot store at Upton Place, a new 689-unit mixed-use development currently under construction at 4000 Wisconsin Avenue NW.
The announcement was made at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) conference in Las Vegas.
The development is expected to deliver in the fourth quarter of 2023.
