Lincoln Property Company Appoints Real Estate Executive Jared Toothman to Lead New York City Market
Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global, full-service real estate firm, today announced the appointment of real estate executive Jared Toothman to lead the company’s New York City market as Executive Vice President and Market Leader. In this role, Mr. Toothman is responsible for leading and growing the company’s full platform of real estate services across New York City, including acquisitions, development, capital markets and project management, as well as third-party leasing and property management. He reports to Lincoln Co-CEOs Clay Duvall and David Binswanger.

Mr. Toothman joins Lincoln from Vornado Realty Trust where he was a Senior Vice President overseeing acquisitions, development, and capital markets functions for office, retail, residential and hotel properties held by the REIT and Vornado Capital Partners, a real estate private equity fund.
At Vornado, Mr. Toothman helped assemble, capitalize, and execute a number of prominent projects in New York City including 350 Park Avenue, a 1.7 million square foot office development joint venture; 220 Central Park South, a 620,000 square foot condominium project that broke national sales records; and 1535 Broadway, a redevelopment of the retail and signage at the ~2,000 key Marriott Marquis in Times Square, which now features the largest digital sign in NYC.
"Launching and leading the New York City office for a premier national development and property management firm, now armed with the resources to compete effectively at scale in this global real estate hub, is an opportunity I had to seize,” said Mr. Toothman.
Prior to Vornado, Mr. Toothman was an Associate Director at Eastern Consolidated, a commercial real estate investment sales firm based in NYC. He started his career as an Analyst with Bear Stearns. Mr. Toothman holds a BA in Economics from Duke University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a Board Member of the Columbia Business School Real Estate Circle.
