Lobbyist Registers to Represent 540-unit Edgewater Tower on Zoning Issues
An attorney has registered as a lobbyist with the city to represent LCOR as they develop 1775 Biscayne Boulevard. The lobbyist will represent the project on land use and zoning issues. This is an indication that LCOR is moving forward with their development plans, as they hope to break ground in early 2024.
1775 Biscayne is a 40-story, 540-unit residential tower that will offer over 14,000 square feet of retail, with an additional 600 space parking garage.
