LOI Released for 3-story Dorchester Field House
The Martin Richard Foundation and Boys & Girls Club of Dorchester have filed plans for a 3-story field house at the John McCormack Middle School in Dorchester.
Plans call for a mixed-use development that will include indoor athletic fields and courts, a walking track, fitness and training rooms, classroom space, a theater, a teaching kitchen, a cafe with outdoor seating, retail space, offices and conference rooms across 3 stories and approximately 79,000 SF of space.
