Long Delayed 23.88-Acre Development Gets New Owner
The 23.88-acre development site facing Ash Creek in Fairfield has gone through several owners and has been in the planning for years. Last month, it was purchased by NJ-based Accurate Builders & Developers.
The new owners are inheriting the approved plans for the site. They include 357 apartment units with amenities including a gym, co-working spaces, and a pool. There is also a 118-room hotel, 70,000 sqft of office space, and 40,000 of commercial space.
