Long Planned Redevelopment of Alexandra Hotel Once Again Approved As Hotel
Approved in 2019 as a boutique hotel with plans then changed to residential due to COVID, the redevelopment of the historic Alexandra Hotel is now again set for hotel development. A notice of project change, approved on May 16th calls for the retention and restoration of the façade of the historic building and the construction of a new 150-room, boutique hotel with a rooftop restaurant and bar.
