A 14-story, residential building, located at 130 West 15th Street in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, has just traded hands for $185 million. The property was purchased by Pacific Urban Investors from the developer and previous owner, Related Companies, in a deal brokered by Newmark Group.

The development features a number of tenant amenities, including a health and fitness center, a landscaped roof terrace, a business and tech lounge, and a bicycle storage area. A portion of the building's ground floor is also occupied by the McBurney branch of the YMCA.
Totaling square feet, the structure consists of two rises, connected by a ground-floor podium. The property has frontages on both West 14th Street and West 15th Street, and the building is alternately addressed as 120 West 15th Street.
