Luxury Condo Project Tops Out in Jersey City
General contractor, , has topped out construction on a 12-story residential project, located at 144 First Street in Jersey City's Powerhouse Arts District.
Developed by , the building will contain luxury condos and 2 ground-floor retail units. The list of tenant amenities will include a fitness center, a roof lounge, a facility for children, an indoor lounge space, storage areas, and bicycle parking. Some of these will be located at the cellar level.
Designed by , 144 First now stands feet tall and totals square feet. broke ground on the project back in the summer of 2021 and construction is expected to complete in June of 2023.
