Luxury Williamsburg Hotel Offloads for $96M

A 9-story, hotel building, located at 96 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, has just been sold for $96 million. The structure was purchased at auction by Quadrum Global from the developer and previous owner, Heritage Equity Partners.

Known as "The Williamsburg Hotel", it was completed relatively recently in 2017 and contains 147 luxury guest rooms, spanning floors 3 to 7.

It also features a fitness center, a roof deck with a swimming pool, multiple event spaces, a 6,550-square-foot ballroom, and a gigantic water tower, featuring a bar.

Additionally, the building offers 28 parking spaces, located on the ground floor, and of course fantastic views of the Manhattan skyline.

Designed by Salamon Engineering Group, The Williamsburg Hotel stands 109 feet tall and totals 89,358 square feet. The sale of the building comes two years after Heritage filed for bankruptcy, and it will now be managed by Quadrum Global's hotel management subsidiary, Arlo Hotels.
