Major Developer Welcomes New Boss to New York Office
The largest office developer and owner in America, Boston Properties, has just announced that their New York office will be getting a new Executive Vice President. Hilary Spann will take the reigns in September from John Powers, who plans to retire this December after 8 years with the company. President, Doug Linde stated, "Hilary’s investment and management experience are complementary to our operating model and I am confident she will bring her talents and passion for real estate to her leadership of our New York team." Hilary has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and leaves behind CCP Investments, where she worked as Managing Director, Head of Americas.
