Massapequa Apartment Complex Trades for $108M
A large Long Island apartment complex, known as SouthPoint at Massapequa, has just been sold for $108 million. Purchased by Fairfield Properties from , the 17-acre community is located at 25 Weaver Drive and has a total of apartment homes. The units come in a variety of floor plans with one, two, and three-bedroom layouts available.
The community also offers a fitness center, a resort-style pool with a sundeck, a dog park, and plenty of on-site parking. Fairfield Properties is one of the largest multi-family owners and property managers on Long Island. This acquisition is the latest addition to their extensive and continuously growing portfolio.
