Matan Wins Approval for Preliminary Plans for 700 N. Frederick Ave.
The Gaithersburg City Council has approved the preliminary site plan for 700 N. Frederick Avenue. Plans call for 2- flex buildings totaling 450,000 square feet of space plus, a gas station and a fast-food restaurant. This first phase of the redevelopment of the 44-acre site also includes a linear park & infrastructure plan for future development.
