Mayor Muriel Bowser Cuts Ribbon at The Strand Residences
Mayor Muriel Bowser is helping to celebrate the opening of The Strand Residences in Lincoln Heights. The Strand Residences, located adjacent to the historic Strand Theater, features over 1,400 square feet of commercial space and 86 units of affordable housing. The Strand Theater was also renovated as part of the project.
The celebration was also held for another all-affordable housing project, Providence Place, on 50th Street Northeast.
