MBTA Buys Quincy Office for $13M
The MBTA has acquired 200 Newport Avenue Extension in Quincy for $13,230,000. The 8-story, roughly 150,000-square-foot office building was constructed in the 1980s. The property is located adjacent to the North Quincy Red Line MBTA Station. The building last traded in April 2023 for $7,000,000.
