Medical Office Facility Planned in Wellen Park
A three-story medical office facility will be constructed in the Wellen Park community. The Medical Center at Wellen Park, a 75,000-square foot facility, will offer office space from 1,500 to 25,000 square feet and will have 409 dedicated parking spaces. Developers Casto Healthcare Real Estate anticipate construction, which will take a year to 18 months, starting later in 2023 with completion in 2025. Wellen Park is Lennar’s newest community in Southwest Florida. Located in the Venice/North Port area, nearly halfway between Fort Myers and Tampa, Wellen Park is less than 10 miles from beaches. The master plan features 22,500 homes over 11,000 acres. The houses will range from two to four bedrooms, two to three baths and 1,850 to 3,473 square feet. Three districts combine residential, retail and recreational spaces. Amenities for Wellen Park Golf and Country Club residents will include a fitness center, pool and spa, pickleball and bocce ball courts as well as dining.
