MHIC Closes on LIHTC Equity Investment for Lowell Multifamily
MHIC has closed on a $13.4M LIHTC equity investment for the new construction of a 52-unit LIHTC project located at 733 Broadway Street, Lowell, MA. The project, located within the Acre neighborhood, is less than a mile west of Downtown Lowell, providing exceptional access to highway, rail, and public transportation options. The building will offer 52 one-, two-, and three-bedroom LIHTC units. 11 units will be set aside for households earning up to 30% AMI and the other 41 will be set aside for households earning up to 60% AMI.
