Miami Apartment Tower in Closing Stages of Construction
Construction is in the final stages at Metro Edgewater and the community is almost ready for occupancy. The tower will rise 32 stories and is planned to include 279 residential units along with 4,230 square feet of ground-floor retail. Community amenities include a fitness center, pool with cabana, outdoor kitchen, sky lounge with bay and city views, and co-working spaces.
