Miami Beach City Commission Sets Office Project for Referendum
Miami Beach City Commissioners voted 5-1 in favor of sending The Gardens at Lincoln lane to a referendum on the November 8th ballot. Voters will decide whether or not to approve the project located on two lots 1680 Lenox Avenue and 1080 Lincoln Lane North.
The Gardens at Lincoln Lane is a two-building project rising 6- and 8-stories and includes around 130,000 square feet of class-A office space, 25,000 square feet of street-level retail, and 425 parking spaces.
