Midtown Hotel Acquired for $173M
The historic Lexington Hotel in Midtown has been acquired for $173,460,036. The 725 room hotel was originally constructed in 1929 by Schultze and Weaver and was once home to the world-famous Hawaiian Room. The art-deco property underwent a major renovation in 2014.
