Mill Creek Presents Updated Plans for Phase 2 of Founder's Row Project
Mill Creek has present updated plans to the Falls Church City Council for the second phase of the Founder's Row project. The new plans call for a reduction in the total number of units from 319 to 280 plus a reduction in the building height. The building's commercial square footage would increase to just over 20,000 with 5,000 square feet of this space to be used as co-working space.
