Thompson Square Partners has proposed a 5-story addition to the historic building at 1 Thompson Square in Charlestown. The addition would include 9 condo units, retail space at first floor with a split-level parking garage for nine cars. The property would include two and three-bedroom units along with a small fitness center and outdoor terrace space.
