Mixed-Use Building Planned For Downtown Richmond
A new mixed-use building is in the works at the corner of W Broad St and North Madison Street at 219-225 W. Broad St. The 8-story building will be the tallest on the Broad St stretch and will bring 87 new apartment units to the neighborhood. There will also be 4200 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Due to the site being in a historic district, developers are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness from the city’s Commission of Architectural Review. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
