Mixed-use conversion project coming to the Church Hill neighborhood
A local developer has plans to convert an old candy store into a 3900 SF conversion project. The structure will sit on the 0.7-acre lot at 2211 Jefferson Avenue in Richmond. Plans are to preserve as much as they can from the former 900 SF structure but most of the property has deteriorated. The building will consist of two stories of commercial space with a three-story townhome in the rear and the developer hopes to give life to the corner of East Clay Street and Jefferson Avenue in Church Hill.
