Mixed-Use Development, Aura Cypress Creek Proposed in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Developers have plans to build a luxury multifamily development on a 6.8 acre lot at 400 Corporate Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Aura Cypress Creek will feature 340 homes and ground floor commercial space with amenities such as a swimming pool, coworking lounge, and summer kitchen. The lot currently sits next to a Westin Hotel in which Aura Cypress Creek will eventually share a parking garage with once built. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
