Mixed-Use Development in Dunedin Gains Approval
Eastern Gateway, a new mixed-use development in Dunedin, has received approval and construction is anticipated to begin in November 2022. The development include 90 apartments, 79 hotel rooms and retail stores. Renderings indicate that the hotel, apartments and retail will be contained in multiple four-story buildings. The residential component, Artisan House, will offer one to three-bedroom apartments. The 4.3-acre site will offer 120 parking spaces. Completion is expected in Fall 2024.
