Mixed-Use Development in Miami’s Little River Neighborhood Gains Approval
Miami’s Urban Development Review Board has given unanimous approval for a 12-story mixed-use development that will offer 188 residential units, 7,668 square feet of ground level retail space and 289 parking spaces. The apartments, which will range from 467 to 2,068 square feet, will include studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom with den, two-bedroom with loft, three-bedroom and three-bedroom with loft floorplans. Community amenities will include a deck with pool and spa, fitness center and resident lounge.
