Mixed-Use Development Planned in Downtown Bradenton
Developer L&L Development has plans for a mixed-use development in downtown Bradenton. The Vias, a proposed mixed-use development in downtown Bradenton, would include a 130-key hotel, 350 apartments, 80 condominiums and 30,000 square feet of retail space. The 20-story tower will be located on the riverfront site of Bradenton City Hall. The city plans to sell the site to the developers.
