Mixed-Use Development Proposed in Boynton Beach Town Square
New York-based real estate firm Time Equities has plans for a mixed-use development in Boynton Beach that would offer more than 900 apartments. The project will be reviewed by The Boynton Beach City Commission on April 2, 2024. The development will be built on two parcels in the Boynton Beach Town Square. The 3.7-acre north parcel would include an eight-story apartment building with 433 studio-three-bedroom apartments. Community amenities would include a pool, game room, dining room, and pet spa. The 3.8-acre south parcel would consist of an eight-story building with 465 apartments, ranging from 545 to 1,460 square feet, sixty-one of the apartments would be workforce housing. The community amenities for the south parcel will be the same as the north parcel. The two parcels will offer a combined 22,000 square feet of retail space and 2,000 garage parking spaces.
