Mixed-Use Development Proposed in Miami’s Goulds Neighborhood
Plans have been filed for a mixed-use development in the Goulds neighborhood of Miami. Valencia Club, a proposed 15-story mixed-use development, will offer 159 apartments along with 1,600 square feet of retail space. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will range in size from 630 to 1,200 square feet and 25% will be designated as workforce housing. Community amenities will include a third-floor pool deck and the community will include 179 parking spaces.
