Mixed-Use Project Proposed 1 Block from Nationals Park
D. B. Lee Development has proposed an 11-story mixed-use project to replace the auto repair shop on the northwest corner of Half and Q Streets SW a block from Nationals Park. The property would include 60 apartments, a 190-room hotel, and a roughly 4,000 square-foot retail space to be used as a local market. The building would also feature a rooftop bar and several resident amenity spaces.
