Mixed-Use Storage Complex Proposed in West Palm Beach
Wire F2 WPB Self Storage LLC, an affiliate of New York based Woodglen Investments LLC, has proposed a mixed-use development in West Palm Beach named Kirksey Commons. The plans have been submitted to the city's Plans and Plats Review Committee, and are scheduled to be reviewed on September 8th.
The plans call for a three story building that will feature 84,000 square feet of showroom and storage space, a 900 square foot office, and 9,400 square feet of commercial space. Additionally, the building will have 65 parking spots.
