More apartments are planned for the Manchester neighborhood
A new apartment building is in the works for the Manchester community. The roughly 238,000-square-foot structure would include a 7-story mix of apartments, townhouses and ground-floor commercial space. The previous Plant-zero property will be taken down where the new building is expected to be built. The new building is set to provide more than 200 apartments with commercial space on the ground floor.
