Morgan Automotive Group Acquires Nine South Florida Dealerships

Morgan Automotive Group has announced the acquisition of two dealer groups, South Motors and Vista Group. This strategic move solidifies the group’s commitment to growth and market leadership in the South Florida region.

Morgan Automotive Group is thrilled to announce its significant expansion in South Florida through the acquisition of South Motors and Vista Group. This is the company’s largest group acquisition to date, increasing the number of stores to 76. “On the heels of the purchase of both Al Hendrickson Toyota and Kendall Hyundai, this transaction solidifies our presence in Southeast Florida. We are proud of our concentrated retail portfolio in the growing state of Florida, but are especially excited to be in these vibrant, diverse and economically robust communities” said Larry Morgan, Chairman of Morgan Auto Group.

This acquisition represents a landmark moment for Morgan Automotive. It further strengthens the company’s position as a key player in South Florida. It also adds a new OEM, INFINITI, to their growing list. The two groups account for 9 unique store fronts made up of 3 BMW stores, 2 Volkswagen, 2 MINI, Honda and Infiniti.
