Morris Heights Apartment Building Sells for $11.47M
A 6-story residential building at 1738 University Avenue in the Bronx's Morris Heights neighborhood has just been sold for $11.47 million. The structure was purchased by Denali Management from the previous owner, , in a deal brokered by Meridian Capital Group.
The pre-war development contains apartment units, all of which are designated as affordable housing. Originally constructed in 1925, the building stands feet tall and totals square feet.
