Morton Village Apartments Sold for $25M
A Mattapan housing complex traded hands for the sum of $25,380,000. Avanath Morton Village, LLC closed on the Morton Village Apartments at 65 Morton Village Drive with a loan provided by CBRE Multifamily Capital, LLC.
The City of Boston announced in October it committed $4,000,000 in preserving 207 affordable rental units within the property in Mattapan.
