Murray Hill Office Building Sells for $97.8M
A 23-story, Class-A commercial building, located at 630 3rd Avenue in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood has just been sold for $97.8 million. The structure was purchased by ATCO Properties from the previous owner, Ruben Companies, in an arms-length transaction.
Originally designed by Emery Roth & Sons and constructed in 1958, it contains roughly square feet of office space, with square feet of retail, located on the ground floor.
Altogether, 630 3rd Avenue totals square feet. Featuring new windows and upgraded mechanical systems, the building is LEED Silver and ENERGY STAR certified. It also has flexible floorplates, ranging from 2,800 to 14,960 square feet.
