Mystery developer releases plans for 7-story apartment building
Plans have been released for a trio of 1960s-era brick buildings at 4601-4625 W. Broad St in Richmond. A mystery developer has announced plans to demolish the former 3-story office building and replace it with a 7-story mixed-use project. The building is under contract to be sold to the unnamed Annapolis, Maryland-based developer. The team is in the early stages of planning but they propose 150 apartments with ground-floor commercial space. Stay tuned for further updates.
