Nearly 500 Units Planned for Potomac Yard Land Bay C
ZMA Development is moving forward with plans for a two-building mixed-use project an Potomac Yard Land Bay C. Prior plans approved in 2007 called for over 1M square feet of office space. Now new plans for Hazel National Landing include 488 units across 2 buildings. The project would also include just under 10,000 square feet of retail space and over 400 parking spaces. A virtual site plan review meeting is scheduled for early February on the project.
