New Affordable Housing Community Proposed in Miami
Developer The Richman Group has submitted plans for an affordable housing community in Miami. Capri Place II will include 180 residential units. Plans for the 2.66-acre site show a 12-story building with one- and two-bedroom apartments and 1,800 square feet of retail space. Community amenities will include a pool, spa, and a two-story parking garage with 206 spots along with 49 surface parking spots.
