New Apartment Community Planned Near Universal’s Orlando Epic Universe
Developer Tellus Partners is planning a new apartment community approximately a mile from Universal’s Orlando Epic Universe. Kirkman Point will offer 314 apartment units. The residential units will be contained in four eight-story buildings. Community amenities include a pool and clubhouse along with 580 parking spots located on 11-acre site. The theme park is expected to open in 2025.
