New Apartments Planned in Jacksonville’s Cathedral District
Plans for a new apartment community in Downtown Jacksonville’s Cathedral District have been approved. Cathedral Commons will offer 175 apartments. The community will be comprised of 18 three-story buildings on a 2.08-acre site. Each apartment will have a patio or balcony. Construction is expected to start in August 2023.
