New Development Coming for Park Slope
Details have surfaced about a potential new development on the site of the Key Foods supermarket in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The existing grocery store, located at 120 5th Avenue, would be demolished to make way for a new mixed use development. The development by Senlac Ridge Partners, would contain 184 residential units, almost 70,000 sqft. of retail space, and an underground parking garage with 130 spaces. A new grocery store would be included as part of the proposed retail space.
