New Hilton Hotel Prepares to Reopen
The previously 15-story former office building is going through a large renovation, updating it to be an updated Hilton Garden Inn and Canopy hotel. There will be 350 updated hotel rooms bringing in elegant touches of the art-deco era. There will be modern touches like the rooftop outdoor terrace designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture. This hotel is located in the highly visited Loop neighborhood with proximity to The Willis Tower. The general contractor is Leopardo Construction, has led the project through renovation, with finishing touches occurring now and reopening expected soon after.
