New Home2 Suites Proposed in Estero

 

 

Atlanta-based developer Peachtree Group has submitted plans for a new 111-key Home2 Suites hotel to the Estero Planning, Zoning and Design Board. The four-story hotel would rise on a 2.37-acre site that is currently utilized as a parking lot for the Coconut Point shopping center. The parking lot and interior landscape islands would be demolished prior to the start of construction.
