New Hotel Planned in Wynwood
New York-based developers Robert Finvarb Companies and Hidrock Realty have submitted plans for a new 116-key hotel that would rise eight stories in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The Wynwood Design Review Committee will review the proposal at a December 5 meeting. The guest rooms will range in size from 298 to 624 square feet. The hotel will include a 3,698-square foot, 205-seat mezzanine restaurant and a 156-seat, 4,480-square foot rooftop restaurant along with a rooftop pool and fitness center.
