New HQ for Norfolk & Dedham Group Under Official Review
Dedham Planning Board is reviewing plans for a new building at 222 Ames Street, the headquarters of Norfolk & Dedham Insurance Group. Plans call for the demolition of the current 41,070 SF building and construction of a new 3-story, 54,225 SF building on the 4.27-acre site near Dedham Square.
SGA, the architectural firm behind the new headquarters, released renderings depicting the new building.
A Special Permit for Major Non-Residential Projects form was submitted to the board in September.
