New Mixed-Use Development Proposed By Polish American Club Of Miami
In 2018, the previous one-story banquet hall for the Polish American Club of Miami was demolished due to disrepair. Now, they have released plans to build a bigger and better one. Located at 1250 NW 22nd Ave in Miami, plans show a glass and steel mixed-use tower that will feature 40,000 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and a banquet hall/meeting space measuring close to 20,000 square feet. The structure will also offer over 200 residential units and will overlook the North Fork Miami River.
