New Plans Announced for West Roxbury Parkway Parcel
has filed announced plans for a new development of 361 Belgrade Avenue after plans for a new Roxbury Prep School fell through for the site. The latest project calls for a 5-story multifamily project featuring 124 residential units and square-feet of residential floorspace at the corner of Belgrade Avenue and West Roxbury Parkway.
