New Proposal for 250K SF Lab Space and 175 Units in Phase 1 Development of 75 Morrissey Blvd
A new LOI has been filed with the BPDA for 75 Morrissey BLVD in Dorchester, modifying the original plan for 608 residential units. The new proposal includes 250,000 SF of life science lab and office space for the first phase of development, with residential units reduced from 608 to 175 while retaining the original design concept.
